摘要
通过以人的 T-淋巴细胞为受试对象 ,以其结合绵羊红细胞形成 E-玫瑰花结的百分率为指标 ,测试了不同波形参数的脉冲电磁场、不同照射时间对 E-玫瑰花结形成率的影响 ;并讨论了瞬态电磁脉冲(TEMP)对长白猪淋巴细胞转化率等遗传学效应的影响 。
In this article, by the research into the effects of low power transient electromagnetic pulse on the lymphocytes transformation rate, the T lymphocytes cell immunogenetics and the T lymphocytes of tested subject,the authors, combining with the percentage of E rosette formed by the red cells of the lamb, test the effects on the E rossette formation rate by different irradiation time and different wave parameters of electromagnetic pulse. The reliable evidence of the effects of weak electromagnetic pulse on the athermal effects of the cells can be acquired.
