考虑施工影响的东绕城高速公路安全评价分析

摘要 以昆明市经济开发区安石公路市政化改造工程及综合管廊PPP项目下穿昆明东绕城高速中保通便道施工为工程背景,基于MIDAS GTS NX软件建立东绕城高速保通便道施工模型,考虑了路基段填方和新建钢混轻便桥等多方面因素的影响,分析得出东绕城高速公路周围土体存在沉降及变形的情况,以及已有的桥梁桩基变形和轴向应力分布情况及桥墩和桥面应力分布情况。分析结果表明:土方回填会导致东绕城高速路基段发生沉降,路面也有可能出现张拉裂缝,但不会出现拉跨,路基段土体处于稳定状态;已有桥梁也会发生变形,但满足安全要求,所以,保通便道的施工对东绕城高速影响较小。 Taking the municipal transformation project of Anshi Highway in Kunming Economic Development Zone and the PPP project of integrated pipeline corridor under the construction of Zhongbaotong bypass of Kunming East Ring Highway as the engineering background, based on MIDAS GTS NX software, the construction model of East Bypass Expressway is established, and the influence of various factors such as the filling of the roadbed section and the new steel hybrid bridge is taken into consideration, and the settlement and deformation of the soil around the East Bypass Expressway are analyzed. The analysis showed that the deformation and axial stress distribution of the existing bridge pile foundation and the stress distribution of the bridge pier and bridge deck. The analysis results show that: the earth backfill will lead to the settlement of the roadbed section of the Eastern Bypass Expressway, the road surface may also appear tension cracks, but there will be no pulling across, and the soil of the roadbed section is in a stable state;the existing bridge will also be deformed, but meet the safety requirements, so the construction of the bypass will have a small impact on the Eastern Bypass Expressway.
