摘要
对智能建造技术在大直径盾构隧道项目管片生产及管理中的应用进行了研究。建立盾构隧道施工模型、场地模型和施工工艺模型,通过BIM技术进行生产区集约化设计、管片钢筋碰撞分析及施工工艺模拟等。基于BIM管理平台,结合物联网技术和智能建造机械、设备等,建立了自动化的盾构管片生产线,主要包括钢筋智能加工、模具智能测量、自动温控系统等模块。搭建管片生产智慧管理平台,主要包括生产管理、人材机管理、质量追溯等功能,为盾构隧道工程提供了一种智慧化的管理方式。
This paper studies the application of intelligent construction technology in large diameter shield tunnel segment production and management. The construction model, site model and construction process model of shield tunnel are established. Intensive design of production area, collision analysis of steel section and construction process simulation are carried out through BIM technology. Based on BIM management platform, combined with Internet of things technology and intelligent construction machinery, equipment, etc., an automatic shield segment production line is established, mainly including steel intelligent processing, mold intelligent measurement,automatic temperature control system and other modules. The intelligent management platform of segment production is built, which mainly includes production management, personnel, material and machine management, quality traceability and other functions, providing an intelligent management mode for shield tunnel project.
