信息技术在建筑工程管理中的应用可提高工程实施质量与管理效率,减少资源消耗与管理成本。论文在对信息技术在建筑工程管理中的应用现状进行研究的基础上,剖析当前建筑工程管理中信息技术应用的不足之处,提出完善建设工程管理系统、优化建筑工程管理内容、深化信息技术在全过程中的监管应用等切实可行的应用优化策略,以提高建筑工程管理成效。

The application of information technology in construction engineering management can improve the quality of project implementation and management efficiency, and reduce resource consumption and management costs. Based on the study of the current situation of the application of information technology in construction engineering management, this study analyzes the shortcomings of the current application of information technology in construction engineering management and proposes practical application optimization strategies such as improving the construction engineering management system, optimizing the content of construction engineering management and deepening the application of information technology in the whole process of supervision, so as to improve the effectiveness of construction engineering management.
