This paper introduces the characteristics of foamed light soil, such as light weight, independence, arcane flow, construction convenience, economy, environmental protection, as well as heavy and strength adjustability, expounds the construction technology of foamed light soil from two aspects of construction preparation and construction process, and summarizes the key points of construction. It is helpful to solve the difficulty of subgrade construction in the alluvial plain area of the Yellow River and improve the quality of backfill construction on the back of abutment and open culvert.
