摘要
大学生接受以传授知识与技能为主的普适性生涯教育后,依旧会对职业生涯存在认知偏差,产生消极情绪及行为反应,难以做出合理满意的职业生涯决策或克服职业生涯决策过程中遇到的困难。生涯思维是个体对职业问题解决和职业生涯决策有关的假设、态度、行为、信念、情感、计划及策略思考的结果。了解生涯思维的内涵、测量及干预策略,有利于帮助学生识别并转变非功能性生涯思维,提高其职业生涯决策水平,提升毕业生就业质量。
Although college students receive knowledge and skill focused on general career education,they may still experience cognitive bias about career-life and negative emotions and behaviors;they may also have difficulties in career decision-making properly or obstacles-overcoming during the career decision-making process.Career thoughts are defined as outcomes of one's thinking about assumptions,attitudes,behaviors,beliefs,feelings,plays,and/or strategies related to career problem solving and decision making.In order to help students identify and transform their dysfunctional career thoughts and improve their career decision-making capacity,it is important to understand the connotation,measurement,and intervention strategies of career thoughts.
