摘要
鼓式制动器被广泛应用于现代汽车的制动系统,其制动可靠性直接反映出汽车制动系统的性能。以支撑销式领从蹄制动器作为模型,对制动鼓的预应力模态进行分析。通过前10阶模态分析可知,此鼓式制动器满足道路试验的800Hz频程范围内的噪声要求,且其500~1000Hz为制动噪声的主要研究范围。
Drum brake is widely used in the braking system of modern vehicles,and its braking reliability directly reflects the performance of the braking system.The prestressed mode of the brake drum is analyzed by taking the collar shoe brake with support pin as model.According to the first 10-order modal analysis,the drum brake meets the noise requirements in the 800 Hz frequency range of road test,and its 500~1000 Hz is the main research range of brake noise.
