摘要
提出了一种双层Halbach阵列磁辊模型,该磁辊模型外部磁场更强,磁场的正弦性更好。通过磁标势法,建立了该磁辊磁场分布规律的数学模型,得到了径向和环向磁通密度的数学表达式。利用有限元仿真工具对磁辊磁场进行了仿真分析,得到了磁辊外部磁场的分布规律。并通过仿真工具,对磁辊结构参数进行了优化。
A double-layer Halbach array magnetic roller model is proposed,which has stronger external magnetic field and better sinusoidal magnetic field.Through the magnetic scalar potential method,the mathematical model of the magnetic field distribution law of the magnetic roller is established,and the mathematical expressions of radial and circumferential magnetic flux density are obtained.The magnetic field of the magnetic roller is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element simulation tool,and the distribution law of the external magnetic field of the magnetic roller is obtained.Through the simulation tool,the structural parameters of the magnetic roller are optimized.
