锡林刺辊速比对生条中纤维长度整齐度的影响

摘要 为进一步提升棉纤维梳理效能,针对不同刺辊转速条件下锡林刺辊速比变化对生条中纤维长度整齐度影响问题进行了试验探究。采用USTER AFIS PRO纤维性能测试系统对生条中的纤维长度分布进行了测试,并根据纤维质量-长度分布图提取相关数据,计算出短绒率和整齐度指数等指标。结果表明:刺辊转速为500~650 r/min之间不同档时,速比的增加对整齐度各指标影响幅度很小,且无明显规律性;相较于500~650 r/min,刺辊转速为700~800 r/min时,整齐度各指标整体上有小幅改善,但并不明显,基本上以速比为2.0时最优;相较于500~800 r/min,刺辊转速为850~900 r/min时,整齐度各指标明显恶化,随速比的增加,恶化趋势明显,采用小速比1.5为宜;速比对生条中纤维长度整齐度的影响与刺辊速度紧密相连,宜首先考虑刺辊转速对分梳、除杂和转移的影响,再考虑速比对纤维转移的影响。 In order to further improve the carding effect of cotton fiber,an experimental study was carried out on the influence of the change of the speed ratio between cylinder and taker-in on the fiber length uniformity in card sliver under the condition of different speed of taker-in.The fiber length distribution in the sliver was tested by using the USTER AFIS PRO single fiber test instrument,and the relevant data were extracted according to the fiber mass-length distribution diagram to calculate the short fiber rate and length uniformity index.The results show that when the speed of taker-in is 500-650 r/min,the increase of the speed ratio has little effect on the various indexes of the uniformity,and there is no obvious regularity;When the speed of taker-in is 700-800 r/min,compared with 500-650 r/min,the uniformity indexes are slightly improved,but it′s not obvious,basically,the optimal speed ratio is 2.0;When the speed of taker-in is 850-900 r/min,compared with 500-800 r/min,the indexes of the uniformity are obviously deteriorated,and the indexes of the uniformity deteriorate linearly with the increase of the speed ratio.It is appropriate to use a small speed ratio of 1.5.The influence of the speed ratio on the uniformity is closely related to the speed of taker-in.The effect of the speed of taker-in on the carding,impurity removal and transfer should be considered first,and then the effect of the speed ratio on the fiber transfer is also considered.
