摘要
起重机工作参数是开展起重机性能评估和故障诊断的数据基础。针对起重机工作参数监测内容灵活、采样频率高、实时性强的需求特点,开发了基于LabVIEW和TBox的起重机工作参数远程监测系统。系统利用TBox全量采集起重机CAN总线报文,并通过4G网络远程高速传输,基于LabVIEW将各参数解析、显示、记录。试验研究表明该系统监测参数可自定义配置,数据采集完成率100%,平均传输延时350 ms,满足起重机工作参数监测的实际需求。
Working parameters are the data basis for crane performance evaluation and fault diagnosis.Aiming at flexible content,high sampling frequency and low delay working parameters monitoring,a crane working parameters remote monitoring system was developed based on LabVIEW and TBox.The system used TBox to collect the CAN bus message of crane,and transmitted it at high speed through 4G network,and used LabVIEW to analyze,display and record all parameters.Research shows that the monitoring parameters can be customized,data collection completion rate is 100%,and average transmission delay is 350 ms,which meets the actual needs of crane working parameter monitoring.
