高等学校体育课程思政实践案例研究——以武术长兵课程为例

The Case Study on Ideological and political Practice of Physical Education in Universities——Taking the martial arts long weapon course as study example

文章运用文献资料法、访谈调查法、实践法梳理归纳出课程思政的基本内涵,思政教育与体育教育融合之优势,以及武术长兵——拥有五千年悠久历史的华夏文明优秀传统文化所具有的精神特质——敢于拼搏、自强不息、尚武崇德、侠义气概、厚德载物、强身健体、防身自卫、克敌制胜、保家卫国的民族精神等,并根据武术长兵课程的内容和进度进行相应的思政融合教育实践。结果显示:学生在政治认同、文化自信、家国情怀、国际视野,尤其在学习态度、学习兴趣、课堂氛围,学习主动性、积极性、自信心、自豪感以及对武术长兵技术的掌握,明显优于已往。因此,武术长兵与思政教育相结合,在“立德树人”方面具有独特的作用。

Using the methods of literature,interview survey and practice,this paper combs and summarizes the basic connotation of Ideological and political education in the curriculum,the advantages of integrating Ideological and political education with physical education,and the spiritual characteristics of martial arts long weapon,which is an excellent traditional culture of Chinese civilization with a long history of 5000 years,such as daring to struggle,unremitting self-discipline,advocating martial arts and morality,chivalrous spirit,social commitment,strengthening physical fitness,self-defense,defeating the enemy,protecting family and defending the country,national spirit and so on.Meanwhile,we also carry out the corresponding practice of integrating ideological and political education with courses according to the content and progress of martial arts long weapon course.The results show that current students are significantly better than previous students in political identity,cultural self-confidence,national feelings and international vision,especially in learning attitude,learning interest,classroom atmosphere,learning initiative,enthusiasm,selfconfidence,sense of pride and mastery of martial arts long weapon skills.
