摘要
以水杨酸为活性成分,以10%的氢氧化钠水溶液作中和剂,筛选制备水杨酸凝胶的最佳基质,并主要从稳定性、抑菌活性、刺激性进行了评估。实验结果发现,最佳的凝胶基质为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素这2种纤维素类高分子聚合物,其稳定性最好,能够增加水杨酸在凝胶制剂中的溶解度,同时增强抑菌活性,降低刺激性,为水杨酸在化妆品中的应用提供参考。
Salicylic acid gels were prepared in which salicylic acid was used as the active ingredient and the aqueous solution of 10%sodium hydroxide was used as the neutralizing agent.The optimal matrix for preparing the salicylic acid gel was screened.The stability,antibacterial activity and irritation were evaluated.The experimental results show that,the best gel matrixes are two kinds of cellulose polymers,i.e.,hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,which show the best stability.Such matrixes can increase the solubility of salicylic acid in gel preparations,enhance the antibacterial activity and reduce the irritation.This work may provide a reference for the application of salicylic acid in cosmetics.
