摘要
为了对某既有石材幕墙面板坠落风险进行有效评估,将幕墙进行区域划分,采用动态法现场检测了石材幕墙面板的固有频率,同时采用有限元方法获取了安全频率下限值,统计分析了41156组频率检测数据。结果表明:各区域石材幕墙面板检测频率在5%水平下均不满足正态分布,进一步依据大数定律,采用频数统计法计算了石材幕墙面板的失效概率与潜在失效概率,以此对不同区域的石材幕墙面板坠落风险进行了综合评估,为后期维护工作提出了相应指导。最后,基于石材幕墙面板潜在失效概率的特点,提出了石材幕墙动态检测年限的计算方法,以此对既有石材幕墙使用状态进行有效的评估。
In order to effectively evaluate the falling risk of exiting stone curtain wall panels,the curtain wall was divided into different regions.The natural frequency of the stone curtain wall panel was detected by the dynamic method on site,and the lower limit value of the safe frequency was obtained by the finite element method.The statistical analysis of 41156 groups of frequency detection data shows that the detection frequency of the stone curtain wall panel in each region does not meet the normal distribution at the level of 5%.Further,according to the law of large numbers,the failure probability and potential failure probability of stone curtain wall panel are calculated by frequency statistics method,so as to comprehensively evaluate the falling risk of stone curtain wall panel in different regions,and put forward corresponding guidance for later maintenance work.Finally,based on the characteristics of the potential failure probability of the stone curtain wall panel,the calculation method of the dynamic detection period of the stone curtain wall is proposed,so as to effectively evaluate the service state of the existing stone curtain wall.
