摘要
为了使城市中的工业遗存在转型后能够得到合理利用,在探究酒厂厂房转型后的人体舒适度基础上,提出了酒厂厂房转型后的舒适度优化策略。以邯郸市丛台酒厂遗址为例,首先,选取8个典型观测点对相关物理参数进行了实测,梳理了既有建筑改造方式;然后,运用田野调查法、物理数据测量、SD法、相关性检验、因子分析法与IPA矩阵分析等方法,得出了舒适度总体性评价;最后,分别从室内外微气候优化、内部空间重组与围护系统重构这3方面提出了酒厂厂房转型后的改进措施,以此来营造舒适的转型后空间环境。
In order to make the industrial relics in the city can be reasonably used after the transformation,this paper aimed to explore the human body comfort after the transformation of the winery workshop,so as to put forward the comfort optimization strategy after the transformation of winery workshop.Taking the Handan Congtai winery site as an example,firstly,eight typical observation points were selected to measure the relevant physical parameters and sort out the existing building renovation methods.Then the overall comfort evaluation was obtained by field research method,physical data measurement,SD method,correlation test,principal component analysis method and IPA matrix analysis.Finally,from the three aspects of indoor and outdoor microclimate optimization,internal space reorganization and maintenance system reconstruction,the optimization strategies of winery workshop after transformation were put forward so as to create a comfortable space environment after the transformation.
