基于“癌浊”理论治疗胃癌的临证探析

Clinical analysis on treatment of gastric cancer based on the theory of“cancer turbidity”

胃癌在发病演变过程中在既往“正气内虚,毒瘀并存”癌瘤病机基础上,守正创新,进一步升华凝练“癌浊”致瘤学说。癌浊与胃癌的发生及演变密切相关,罢黜癌浊,培植本元是胃癌治疗基本原则,中州不利是癌浊形成的关键因素,临证中着重治取中州,频获佳效,文章对临证治疗胃癌经验进行总结,并附验案一篇加以佐证。

Cancer turbidities are closely related to the occurrence and evolution of gastric cancer.It is the basic principle for the treatment of gastric cancer to eliminate the tumor turbid-culture element.The disadvantage of zhongzhou state is the key factor of forming cancer turbidity.Focuses on the treatment of zhongzhou in clinic and has achieved good results frequently.This paper summarizes the clinical treatment of gastric cancer,and a case is attached to prove it.
