火山岩油气藏勘探技术标准体系构建——以中国石化东北油气分公司火山岩油气藏勘探为例

Construction of Exploration Technology Standard System for Oil-Gas Reservoir of Volcanics——With an Example of Oil-gas Reservoir Exploration of Volcanics in Northeast Oil-gas Branch of SINOPEC

企业标准体系是企业内部的标准按其内在联系形成的科学、有机的整体,以技术标准为主体,它是企业发展纲领性文件,关系到企业生产、技术、经营和管理,是企业高质量发展和可持续发展的重要支撑。火山岩油气藏勘探在松辽盆地取得较好的成效,为推进深层天然气勘探开发做出了较大的贡献,但针对火山岩油气藏勘探尚未有一个标准体系。因此,整合各专业技术领域标准,构建企业火山岩油气藏勘探技术标准体系至关重要。论述了火山岩油气藏勘探工作中存在的问题及难点,在充分调研分析火山岩油气藏勘探开发及标准的基础上,探究了火山岩油气藏勘探技术标准体系构建的目标、原则、结构类别、框架及修订规划表,构建了由4个专业、13个门类组成的标准体系,提出了急需研究制修订5个专业门类、10项技术和质控规范,为提高火山岩油气藏勘探成功率及效益勘探起到积极作用。

The enterprise standard system is a scientific organic whole formed by its internal standards according to its internal relations.With technical standards as the main body,it is a programmatic document for enterprise development,concerning the production,technology,management of the enterprise.It is actually an important support for high-quality development and sustainable development of enterprises.Volcanic oil-gas reservoir exploration has made great achievements in Northeast China,and made a great contribution to the promotion of deep natural gas exploration,but there is no a standard system for volcanic oil-gas exploration.Therefore,it is very important to integrate the standards of various professional and technical fields and construct a technology standard system for exploration of volcanic oil-gas reservoir in enterprises.This paper firstly explains the problems existing in the exploration of volcanic oilgas reservoir,and then based on the full investigation and analysis of exploration and development and standards of volcanic oil and gas reservoirs,it discusses the goal,principles,structural categories,framework and revised planning table established by the technical standard system of volcanic oil-gas exploration.Finally,it constructs a standard system consisting of 4 majors,13 categories,and puts forward 5 professional categories and 10 technologies and quality control specifications urgently needed to be developed and revised,which can take an active role in improving the success rate and benefits of volcanic oil-gas reservoir exploration.
