摘要
为了提高LNG全容储罐桩基在施工阶段的本质安全性,以某LNG工厂8×104m3LNG储罐桩基项目为例,在概述LNG储罐桩基工程基础上,分析了桩基施工工艺流程,提出了桩基施工前技术质量关键控制点和预防控制措施。结合建筑施工规范和施工总结,基于安全风险管理,将工程中具体质量问题形成钻孔成桩和砼工程施工质量控制重难点风险清单,基于质量管理PDCA方法,将质量风险清单纳入施工质量控制计划进行程序化管理,寻求提高产成品可靠性的途径,以达到提高桩基施工阶段本质安全性的目的。
In order to improve the intrinsical safety in the construction stage of LNG full capacity storage tank pile foundation,with 8×104m3LNG storage tank pile foundation project in certain LNG factory as an example,the paper analyzes the technological process of pile foundation construction based on the overview of LNG storage tank pile foundation project,and puts forward key control points and prevention control measure of technological quality before the construction of pile foundation.Combined with building construction specifications and construction summary,and based on safety risk management,researchers change concrete quality problems in project into the risk list of quality control points and difficulties in the construction of drilling into piles and tong project.Meanwhile,by means of PDCA methods of quality management,quality risk list is brought into the plan of construction quality control so as to implement the programming management,search for the approach to the improvement of production reliability,and thus reach the goal of improving intrinsical safety in the stage of pile foundation construction.
