稠油热采井选择性注汽工艺技术

摘要 薄互层状稠油油藏层间差异较大、薄互层交替分布,多轮次笼统注汽后,高渗透率油层单层突进,而中、低渗透率油层由于达不到启动压力而无法有效启动,常规分层注汽工艺作业难度大、施工成本高、分注效果差。针对这些问题,研发了新型稠油热采井投球选择注汽工艺技术,创新研制了适应直井和侧钻井的投球器和收球器工具,进行了工艺参数优化研究。现场试验表明,该工艺技术简单实用、成本低,应用效果良好。 For thin interbedded heavy oil reservoirs,there are large interlayer differences and alternating distribution of thin oil layers.After multiple rounds of steam injection,the high permeability reservoirs has a breakthrough along a single layer,but the medium and low permeability reservoirs can’t be effectively started because of not reaching the starting pressure.The conventional technology of layer injection is very difficult,followed by the high cost and the poor effect of separate oil injection.Based on these problems,a newtype steam injection technology of pitching options for thermal recovery wells of heavy oil is developed,ball injector and ball collector applicable for direct well and side drilling are studied and manufactured innovatively,and technical parameters are optimized.Field experiments show this technology is simple and practical,having lower cost and good application effect.
