镍基高温合金电子束焊接头的疲劳极限研究

摘要 为给出焊接接头准确的疲劳极限,利用高周疲劳试验机进行了GH4169电子束焊接头的高周疲劳试验,研究了材料的疲劳极限性能。分别利用升降法和极小样本法对试验数据进行处理,得到了基于两种方法的GH4169电子束焊接头的疲劳极限,二者的预估计算结果较为接近且与试验结果吻合。 To give the accurate fatigue limit of welded joints,the high-cycle fatigue tests of the GH4169 electron-beam welded joints are carried out with high-cycle fatigue testing machine.The fatigue limit performance of the material is analyzed.The lifting method and the minimal sample method are respectively applied to process the test data to abtain the fatigue limit of GH4169 electron-beam welding joint based on the two methods,whose estimated calculation results are relatively close and consistent with the actual results.
