摘要
地下金属矿山主溜井运输系统中,由于贮矿段在放矿过程中持续地受到磨损,研究放矿过程中矿石的运移规律对贮矿段井壁防护具有重要意义。以某金属矿山主溜井为例,利用PFC2D软件建立溜井放矿模型。研究表明在放矿过程中,贮矿段井壁会发生超压现象,位于溜井变截面超压最明显;矿石在溜井中的流态主要呈现整体流和中心流;根据椭球体放矿理论,得到溜井贮矿段井壁磨损区域图,为贮矿段井壁防护提供依据。
In the main orepass transportation system of underground metal mine,the ore storage section is continuously worn during ore drawing,so it is of great significance to study the ore migration rules during ore drawing to protect the orepass wall of the ore storage section.Taking the main orepass of a metal mine as an example,the ore drawing model of the orepass was established by using PFC2Dsoftware.The research shows that during the ore drawing process,the orepass-wall of the ore storage section will have overpressure,and the overpressure at the variable cross section of the ore-pass is the most obvious.The flow pattern of ore in the orepass mainly presents integral flow and central flow;according to the ellipsoid drawing theory,the wear area map of the shaft wall of the ore storage section of the ore-pass is obtained,which provides the basis for the orepass-wall protection of the ore storage section.
