贵州某中低品位萤石矿浮选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 贵州某石英型萤石矿中萤石品位为20.03%,二氧化硅品位高达53.77%,黄铁矿含量为2.75%。为了有效地开发利用该类型的矿石资源,有效提高选矿指标,对其进行了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究。结果表明:矿石合适的磨矿细度-200目含量为76%,丁基黄药用量为300 g/t,水玻璃用量为4000 g/t,油酸用量为400 g/t;采用1次粗选作业浮选硫化矿,浮选的硫化矿尾矿进行1次粗选作业、6次精选作业、1次扫选作业的闭路流程进行萤石浮选,最终获得精矿品位为93.56%、回收率为88.88%的萤石精矿,为该战略资源的开发提供了参考依据。 The grade of CaF_(2),SiO_(2)and FeS_(2)in a quartz fluorite ore in Guizhou province is 20.03%,53.77%and 2.75%respectively.In order to effectively develop and utilize this type of ore resource and effectively improve the beneficiation index,a process mineralogy and beneficiation test study is conducted.The results show that the suitable grinding fineness of the ore is-200mm accounting for 76%,the dosage of butyl xanthate is 300 g/t,the dosage of sodium silicate is 4000 g/t and the dosage of oleic acid is 400 g/t.Flotation of sulphide ore is conducted by adopting one roughing operation and flotation of sulphide tailings is carried out in a closed circuit process of one roughing operation,six cleaning operations and one scavenging operation for fluorite flotation.The fluorite concentrate with a concentrate grade of 93.56%and a recovery rate of 88.88%is finally obtained,which provides a reference for the development of this strategic resource.
