摘要
烧结过程中的水分稳定对生产有着关键作用,作为一个大滞后系统,三钢本部200 m^(2)烧结机混合料配水系统通过应用激光水分检测仪和流量测量的应用,采用计算机双PID控制技术,实现了由传统人工配水向自动配水的转变,经过最终调试和验证达到预期效果,自动控制在生产应用上起到了自动调节水分,稳定水分的作用。
The moisture stability in sintering process has a key role in the production.As a big lagging system,the mixed ore water distribution system of 200 m~2 sintering machine in Sangang headquarters has realized the transformation from traditional manual water distribution to automatic water distribution by applying the laser moisture detector and flow measurement and adopting computerized double PID control technology,and it has achieved the expected effects after final debugging and verification.The automatic control has played the role of automatic moisture adjustment and moisture stabilizing in the production application.
