壮药金线草化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Action of Antenoron Filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant of Zhuang Medicine

金线草为广西传统植物药,主产于广西、陕西、山东等地。其化学成分类型主要包括黄酮类化合物、香豆素、酯类、甾醇类等,对抗真菌、抗氧化和辅助治疗动脉粥样硬化等有着显著作用。随着现代分离分析手段的不断创新,加之现代科学技术与药理学方法不断应用于金线草的药理作用及机理研究,近年来,金线草中的化学成分在众多研究中不断被发现,其药理作用进一步被开发,临床适用范围逐年扩大,引起了众多科研工作者的热切关注。文章对金线草化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行概述,旨在为传统壮药金线草的进一步开发利用提供一定依据。

As a traditional herbal medicine in Guangxi, Antenoron filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant is mainly produced in Guangxi,Shaanxi, Shandong and other places. Its chemical composition mainly includes flavonoids, coumarins, esters, sterols, etc. It has significant effects on antifungal, anti-oxidation and adjuvant treatment of atherosclerosis. With the continuous innovation of modern separation and analysis methods, as well as the continuous application of modern science and technology and pharmacological methods to the pharmacological action and mechanism research of Antenoron filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant, in recent years, the chemical components in Antenoron filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant have been found in many studies, their pharmacological effects have been further developed, and the scope of clinical application has been expanded year by year, which has aroused the keen attention of many scientific researchers. This paper summarized the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Antenoron filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant, in order to provide some basis for the further development, utilization and modernization of traditional Antenoron filiforme(Thunb) Roberty et Vant.
