摘要
地方高校高质量发展,离不开人才强有力的支撑。近年来,国家出台了有关政策来规范高校人才流动,但高校“抢夺人才”的现象仍然屡禁不止,人才争夺战造成资源浪费、加剧教育资源不平衡和高校人才流失。针对此问题,文章通过分析高校人才流动影响因素,提出积极的应对措施,为地方高校提供借鉴,更好地抓好人才引进、培育、留用等工作,同时引导高校人才合理有序流动。
The high-quality development of local colleges and universities is inseparable from the strong support of talents. Talent flow is a common phenomenon in social development and a general trend of economic development. In recent years, the state has issued relevant policies to regulate the flow of talents in colleges and universities, but the phenomenon of "snatching talents" in colleges and universities is still repeated. In response to this problem, by analyzing the factors affecting the flow of talents in colleges and universities,we propose active countermeasures, provide reference for local colleges and universities, better grasp the work of talent introduction,cultivation, and retention, and guide the rational and orderly flow of talents in colleges and universities.
