摘要
文中设计一种凝胶配置与注入装置,进行了海底管道封堵凝胶性能研究,获得了适用于海管清管的凝胶配比,并搭建了凝胶封堵试验线,对凝胶在管道中的通过性和封堵性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:聚合物质量分数越高、交联剂质量分数越高,凝胶成胶时间越短,黏度越大;当聚合物溶液质量分数为1.5%,交联剂溶液质量分数为0.4%时,凝胶黏度、成胶时间、流动状态等综合性能较好;成型后的凝胶能顺利通过水平管段、竖直管段和弯头,管壁没有残余凝胶,段塞前后液体没有发生串流现象,凝胶段塞封堵性良好。
A gel configuration and injection device was designed.The performance of gel used for plugging subsea pipelines was studied,the proportion of gel suitable for subsea pipeline pigging was obtained,the gel plugging test line was built,and the trafficability and plugging of gel in the pipeline were tested.The results show that the higher the concentration of polymer and crosslinker is,the shorter the gelation time is and the higher the viscosity of gel is.When the mass fraction of polymer solution is 1.5%and the mass fraction of crosslinker is 0.4%,the comprehensive properties of gel viscosity,gel forming time and flow state are better.The formed gel can smoothly pass through the straight pipe,riser and elbow.There is no residual gel in the pipe wall.There is no cross flow of liquid before and after the slug.The gel slug has good plugging performance.
