摘要
目的:初步构建精神卫生专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案。方法:应用文献回顾法、半结构化访谈法初步形成精神卫生专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案条目池,采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,最终确定精神卫生专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案。结果:共进行了3轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率分别为92.31%、96.15%、100.00%,专家权威系数为0.879,专家协调系数分别为0.251,0.234,0.268。根据专家函询意见修订而成的方案包括教育、评审、认证、注册4部分,其中教育包含一级指标3项、二级指标18项、三级指标110项,评审部分包含一级指标2项、二级指标4项、三级指标8项,认证部分包含一级指标2项、二级指标6项、三级指标15项,注册部分包含一级指标2项、二级指标6项、三级指标24项。结论:构建的精神卫生专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案具有良好的科学性和可靠性,可为精神卫生方向专科护理人才规范化、专业化培养提供参考依据。
Objective:To establish the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist.Methods:The entry pool of the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was formed by literature review and semi-structured interview.Delphi method was used for expert correspondence consultation,and the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was finally determined.Results:There were three rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficient of three rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 92.31%,96.15% and 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.879.And Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.251,0.234 and 0.268,respectively.The revised program based on the expert letter consultation included education,evaluation,certification and registration.The education section included 3 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 110 third-level indicators.The review includes 2 first-level indicators,4second-level indicators and 8 third-level indicators.The certification part includes 2 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 15third-level indicators.The registration section includes 2 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The established bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was scientific and reliable,which could provide reference for the standardized and professional training of mental health nursing professionals.
