摘要
原发性头痛主要包括偏头痛、紧张性头痛和丛集性头痛。紧张性头痛是最常见的头痛类型,偏头痛是致残率最高的头痛。其病因复杂,生物、心理和社会因素等均可诱发头痛发作。小胶质细胞作为中枢神经系统的主要免疫细胞,在原发性头痛中起到不可替代的作用。文中就原发性头痛中小胶质细胞活化和活化途径、小胶质细胞活化在原发性头痛的作用以及针对小胶质细胞活化在原发性头痛中的研究进展、防治研究等进行综述,以期能给广大研究者带来更多启发。
Primary headaches mainly include migraines,tension headaches,and cluster headaches.Tension headaches are the most common headaches.Migraine headaches have the highest disability rate of headache disorders.Their etiology is complex,and biological,psychological,and social factors can cause headache attacks.As the central nervous system’s primary immune cells,microglia play an irreplaceable role in the development of primary headaches.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on the role of microglia in primary headaches.The research progress of microglia from the aspects of activation of microglia in primary headache,activation pathway of microglia in primary headache,action mechanism of microglia activation in primary headache,and prevention and treatmen were reviewed.
