Research Progress in the Pathogenesis of Epilepsy in Focal Cortical Dysplasia

局灶性皮质发育不良是一种以皮质分层紊乱为特征的局限性皮质发育畸形,与药物难治性癫■的发生与发展密切相关。目前,关于局灶性皮质发育不良的致■机制仍不清楚,文中将从疾病的病理特点、电生理特性改变等方面阐述局灶性皮质发育不良致■机制的研究进展。

Focal cortical dysplasia(FCD)is a localized cortical dysplasia caused by abnormal neuronal maturation and migration,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of drugresistance epilepsy.The mechanism of epilepsy induced by FCD is still unclear.The current research progress in the pathogenesis of FCD were reviewed.
