传统油田企业能源转型路径探索——中国石油集团玉门油田能源转型实践

摘要 玉门油田当地拥有较为丰富的风、光等资源,地方政府规划建设新一批清洁能源基地,新能源消纳市场条件日趋成熟,上级部门赋予企业新的战略定位。玉门油田因地制宜发展天然气、风、光、氢、储多能融合项目,同时需要克服资源竞争激烈、指标获取困难、外送通道不畅、自有资金不足、专业人才缺乏等挑战。根据规划,预计到2025年玉门油田清洁电力装机容量将达到1000万千瓦,2050年达到3800万千瓦,2027年实现碳达峰,2045年实现碳中和。初期玉门油田将充分发挥企业区位优势,积极开发油田矿区属地及周边、地方规划的风电基地等风、光资源,以新能源发电上网配套建设天然气发电调峰电厂;中远期利用丰富的风、光资源提前布局“绿氢”产业,培育油田发展新动能,推进能源结构转型;同时建立能源与信息高度融合的“风光水火储一体化”方案,一方面实现快速响应、精准控制,提高发电系统综合效率,另一方面提升配电网的稳定性、可靠性及接纳分布式电源的能力。 Yumen oilfield is rich in wind and solar resources,so the local government plans to build a new batch of clean energy bases.Its new energy consumption market conditions are quite mature,and the superior department endows the enterprise with a new strategic orientation.Yumen oilfield develops multi-energy integration projects with natural gas,wind,solar,hydrogen,and energy storage in accordance with local conditions as well as needs to deal with such challenges as fierce competition of resources,difficulties in obtaining indicators,blocked delivery channels,insufficient self-owned funds,and lack of professional talents.According to the plan,it is estimated that the installed capacity of clean power in Yumen oilfield will reach 10 million kilowatts by 2025,38 million kilowatts by 2050 and it will achieve carbon peaking goal by 2027 and carbon neutrality goal by 2045.At the initial stage,Yumen oilfield gave full play to its regional advantages,actively develop wind and solar power bases resources in the oilfield mining area,surrounding areas,and local base where local government plans to develop those resources,build peak-shaving power plants with natural gas generation power by new energy power generation online.In the medium and long term,Yumen oilfield will deploy “green hydrogen” industry by using rich wind and solar resources,cultivate new motivation for oilfield development,and promote the transition of energy structure.At the same time,the “integration of wind,solar,water,fire and storage” scheme with a high degree of energy and information integration shall be established to achieve rapid response and accurate control,improve the comprehensive efficiency of the power generation system on the one hand,and on the other hand,it will improve the stability and reliability of the distribution network and the ability to accept distributed power.
