吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法快速检测生活饮用水中55种挥发性有机物 被引量:3

Rapid detection of 55 volatile organic compounds in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的 建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法快速检测生活饮用水中55种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的方法,同时监测西安市生活饮用水中挥发性有机物含量。方法 水样经吹扫、捕集、脱附的过程进入毛细管气相色谱柱,在色谱柱中分离,经质谱仪检测,按照目标物的保留时间和特征离子定性,目标物的定量离子与内标定量离子的相对强度定量。结果 55种挥发性有机物在浓度为0.50μg/L~20.00μg/L内回归方程的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.995 7,方法检出限为0.002μg/L~0.010μg/L,回收率为73.34%~105.87%,RSD在0.79%~9.77%。对采集的78份水样进行检测,共检出10种挥发性有机物,检出率为83.33%。结论 该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于快速检测生活饮用水中多种挥发性有机物及水质安全监测。 Objective This study aims to establish a method for the rapid detection of 55 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and monitor the volatile organic compounds in drinking water in Xi’an City. Methods The water sample was purged, trapped and desorbed into the process of capillary gas chromatography column separation and detected by mass spectrometer. According to the retention time and characteristics of the target, ion qualification was conducted, the relative intensity of the quantitative ion of the target and the internal standard quantitative ion is quantified. Results The linearity of the regression equations for the 55 VOCs was good in the concentration range of 0.50 μg/L to 20.00 μg/L and the correlation coefficients(r) greater than 0.995 7. The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.002 μg/L to 0.010 μg/L and the recoveries ranged from 73.34% to 105.87%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was within 0.79%-9.77%. A total of 10 VOCs were detected in the 78 collected water samples and the detection rate was 83.33%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for rapid detection of volatile organic compounds in drinking water and water safety monitoring.
