白带常规及细菌性阴道病3项检测对女性阴道微生态的临床价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨白带常规联合细菌性阴道病(BV)3项检测对女性阴道微生态的临床价值。方法 选择2021年2月—2022年2月于浙江省安吉县妇幼保健院进行常规体检的100例女性,均进行白带常规及BV 3项检查,以阴道菌群多样性、密集度、优势菌群及阴道炎症反应情况判定受检者阴道微生态,分析白带常规、BV 3项检测结果与受检者阴道微生态情况对应结果。结果 100例受检者中阴道菌群正常38例(38.00%),菌群失调26例(26.00%),菌群增殖过度9例(9.00%),菌群抑制27例(27.00%);阴道pH值异常主要集中于菌群失调及菌群抑制的人群;阴道清洁度异常及白细胞酶阳性主要集中于阴道微生态异常人群,其中以菌群失调人群阴道清洁度异常及白细胞酶阳性占比最高,分别为88.46%、92.31%;唾液酸苷酶阳性主要集中于菌群失调人群,占30.77%。结论 白带常规及BV 3项检测均可较好地评价女性阴道微生态情况。 Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical value of leucorrhea routine combined with bacterial vaginosis(BV) three items detection for female vaginal microecology. Methods A total of 100 women who underwent routine physical examination in Anji County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected. All cases underwent leucorrhea routine and BV three items detection. The vaginal microecology of the subjects was determined by the diversity and density of vaginal flora, dominant flora and vaginitis reaction, and the results of the leucorrhea routine test and BV three items detection and the vaginal microecology of the subjects were analyzed. Results Among the 100 subjects, normal vaginal flora was observed in 38 cases(38.00%), dysbacteriosis was observed in 26 cases(26.00%), excessive flora proliferation was observed in 9 cases(9.00%), and flora inhibition was observed in 27 cases(27.00%). Abnormal vaginal pH value was mainly concentrated in the population with dysbacteriosis and flora inhibition. Abnormal vaginal pH value is mainly concentrated in people with dysbacteriosis and flora inhibition. Abnormal vaginal cleanliness and leukocyte enzyme positive were mainly concentrated in the population with abnormal vaginal microecology, among which the population with dysbacteriosis accounted for the highest proportions of abnormal vaginal cleanliness and positive leukocyte enzyme, accounting for 88.46% and 92.31% respectively;positive sialidase was mainly concentrated in the population with dysbacteriosis, accounting for 30.77%. Conclusion Both leucorrhea routine and BV three items detection can better evaluate the vaginal microecology of women.
