健康信息规避在健康焦虑与健康促进行为间的调节效应研究

Study on the Moderating Effect of Health Information Avoidance between Health Anxiety and Health Promotion Behaviors

通过网络问卷实证分析验证健康信息规避在健康焦虑与健康促进行为间的调节效应,发现心理健康信息规避、健康生活方式信息规避、养生保健信息规避、医疗卫生机构信息规避在健康焦虑对健康促进行为的作用过程中具有负向调节效应。指出医疗卫生机构应加强健康信息宣传,减少健康信息规避的发生。

The moderating effect of health information avoidance between health anxiety and health promotion behaviors is verified through the empirical analysis of the network questionnaire. It is found that mental health information avoidance, healthy lifestyle information avoidance, health care information avoidance and medical institution information avoidance have negative moderating effect on the effect of health anxiety on health promotion behaviors. It is pointed out that medical institutions should strengthen health information publicity and reduce the occurrence of health information avoidance.
