摘要 目的 建立HPLC法同时测定五虎汤加味中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、6-姜辣素、细辛脂素、甘草酸的含量。方法 该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Ultimate XB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长250、275、280、285 nm。结果 6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9),平均加样回收率94.36%~99.98%,RSD 0.16%~1.72%。结论 该方法精密稳定,重复性好,可用于五虎汤加味的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of baicalin, wogonoside, wogonin, 6-gingerol, asarinin and glycyrrhizic acid in Supplemented Wuhu Decotion.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Ultimate XB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-water(containing 0.1% formic acid) flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 250, 275, 280, 285 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 9), whose average recoveries were 94.36%-99.98% with the RSDs of 0.16%-1.72%.CONCLUSION This precise, stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Supplemented Wuhu Decotion.
