新风胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Xinfeng Capsules on patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的 考察新风胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法 126例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖,观察组在对照组基础上加用新风胶囊,疗程12周。检测临床疗效、Lequesne评分、VAS评分、COMP、MMP13、CTX-Ⅱ、IL-1β、TNF-α变化。再采用随机行走模型评价对CTX-Ⅱ、COMP、MMP13、IL-1β、TNF-α的远期疗效。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Lequesne评分、VAS评分、COMP、MMP13、CTX-Ⅱ、IL-1β、TNF-α降低(P<0.05),以观察组(除MMP13、TNF-α外)更明显(P<0.05)。从远期疗效看,观察组CTX-Ⅱ、COMP、IL-1β、TNF-α改善系数优于对照组,而对照组MMP13改善系数优于观察组。结论 新风胶囊可调节膝骨关节炎患者关节软骨代谢,降低炎症因子水平,具有较好的远期疗效。

AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Xinfeng Capsules on patients with knee osteoarthritis.METHODS One hundred and twenty-six patients were randomly assigned into control group(63 cases) for 12-week administration of glucosamine sulfate, and observation group(63 cases) for 12-week administration of both Xinfeng Capsules and glucosamine sulfate. The changes in clinical efficacy, Lequesne score, VAS score, COMP, MMP13, CTX-Ⅱ, IL-1β and TNF-α were detected. Subsequently, the long-term efficacy on CTX-Ⅱ, COMP, MMP13, IL-1β and TNF-α were evaluated by random walk model.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups displayed decreased Lequesne score, VAS score, COMP, MMP13, CTX-Ⅱ, IL-1β and TNF-α(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(except for MMP13 and TNF-α)(P<0.05). The improvement coefficients for CTX-Ⅱ, COMP, IL-1β and TNF-α in the observation group were better than those in the control group, while the improvement coefficient of MMP13 in the control group was better than that in the observation group.CONCLUSION For the patients with knee osteoarthritis, Xinfeng Capsules can regulate the metabolism of articular cartilage, and reduce the level of inflammation factors, exhibiting good long-term efficacy.
