摘要
目的研究余甘子Phyllanthus emblica L.的化学成分。方法余甘子60%丙酮提取物采用Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备液相进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为1-O-(3-methoxyl-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranose(1)、裂环异落叶松脂醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(3)、(9S,11S)-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(4),nonialkaloid A(5)、1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranose(6)、1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranose(7)、没食子酸(8)、1-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Phyllanthus emblica L..METHODS The 60%acetone extract from P.emblica was isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 1-O-(3-methoxyl-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranose(1),seco-isolariciresinol 9-O-β-glucopyranose(2),1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(3),(9S,11S)-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(4),nonialkaloid A(5),1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranose(6),1-O-trans-cinnamoyl-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranose(7),gallic acid(8),1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose(9).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is isolated as a natural product for the first time.Compounds 2-7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
