欧阳路街道空巢老年高血压患者用药安全分析

Analysis of medication safety of empty nest elderly patients with hypertension in Ouyanglu neighbourhood

目的:分析空巢老年高血压患者的用药现状、用药安全性及药物不良反应情况,为提升空巢老年高血压患者的用药安全提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样方法选取上海市虹口区欧阳路街道2020年1月31日在册的250例空巢老年高血压患者作为调查对象,将患者按其居住状态分为独居组和与配偶同居组,对两组患者的一般资料、高血压管理情况、高血压及其他药物服用情况、发生其他疾病时高血压药物服用情况及药物不良反应发生情况等进行问卷调研。结果:在中成药物服用数量方面,两组患者的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),在发生其他疾病时的高血压药物服用情况方面,两组女性患者的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在是否发生药物不良反应方面,两组女性患者的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),在药物不良反应发生后处理方式方面,两组男性患者的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:应充分发挥家庭医生团队式服务作用,改变空巢老年高血压患者的不良用药行为,进一步提升其用药安全性。

Objective: To analyze the medication, drug safety and adverse drug reactions of empty nest elderly patients with hypertension, so as to provide a reference for improving the medication safety of empty nest elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 250 empty nest elderly hypertensive patients registered on January 31, 2020 in Ouyanglu neighbourhood, Hongkou District, Shanghai were selected by cluster sampling method as the research objects, and divided into a living alone group and a spouse cohabitation group according to their living status. The general information, hypertension management, hypertension and other drug use, the situation of the hypertension drug used when other diseases occurred, adverse drug reactions of the two groups were investigated by the questionnaire. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the quantity of Chinese patent medicine(P<0.05), there were significant differences between the two groups of women in the situation of the hypertension drug use when other diseases occurred. In the occurrence of adverse drug reactions there was significant different in female patients in the two groups(P<0.05), there was a significant difference in the treatment of adverse drug reactions between the two groups of male patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to give full play to the team service role of family doctors to change the adverse drug use behavior of empty nest elderly patients with hypertension and improve medication safety further.
