新管幕支护结构一体化施工管间切割加固技术

摘要 新管幕支护结构一体化施工是在顶管施工技术及新管幕法的基础上进行改进,将加固、支护、主体结构合为一体并一次建造成型。依托太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程,介绍了新管幕法施工管间三角区高压旋喷桩加固、临时支撑安装、钢管切割及焊接加固等作业内容。理论研究及施工实践表明,成功打通管幕钢管并提升地下结构整体牢固力,为今后新管幕法管间切割加固施工提供一定的指导意义。 The integrated construction of the pipe-roof supporting structure is an improvement based on the pipe jacking construction technology and the pipe-roof method.The reinforcement,support,and main structure are integrated and built in one time.Relying on the underpass project of Yingze Street in Taiyuan City,the work content of the new pipe-roof method for the construction of the triangle area between the pipes is introduced in detail,such as the reinforcement of high-pressure jet grouting piles,temporary supports,steel pipe cutting and welding reinforcement.The theoretical research and construction practice show that the successful opening of the pipe-roof steel pipe and the improvement of the overall fixation of the underground structure provide a certain guiding significance for the new pipe-roof method of pipe cutting and reinforcement construction in the future.
