易筋经功法在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果观察

The clinical effects of Yi Jin Jing exercise on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察易筋经功法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月安徽省第二人民医院中医针灸推拿科收治的60例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组患者单纯接受常规针灸推拿治疗,观察组患者在常规针灸推拿治疗的基础上练习易筋经功法中掌托天门、出爪亮翅、九鬼拔马刀三式。两组针灸推拿均治疗4周,每周治疗5d,观察组易筋经功法共练习4周,每周练习5d,每天练习两次,每次5遍。观察两组治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗完成后4周患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数评分(NDI)、临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗完成后4周VAS、NDI评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗完成后4周时间节点的VAS、NDI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:易筋经功法练习配合针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,能有效缓解颈部疼痛及上肢相应症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yi Jin Jing(the classics of tendon changing)exercise on patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,60 patients with cervical radiculopathy admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Tuina of the Second People’s Hospital of Anhui Province were selected as the research subjects,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group simply received conventional acupuncture and tuina treatment,and the patients in the observation group practiced the three styles of Qigong of Yi Jin Jing on the basis of acupuncture and tuina,such as Zhang tuo tianmen(palming the heavenly gate),Chu zhua liangchi(claws and bright wings),and Jiu gui ba madao(nine ghosts pulling sabers).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and treated for 5 days per week,and the observation group practiced Qigong of Yi Jin Jing for a total of 4 weeks,practiced 5 days per week,and practiced twice a day,5 times each time.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Neck Disability Index(NDI),and clinical efficacy of patients before treatment,2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks after completion of treatment were observed.Results Compared with the patients before the treatment in both groups,the VAS and NDI scores were decreased for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS and NDI scores in the corresponding observation group for 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 4 weeks after the treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Practice of Qigong of Yi Jin Jing and conventional acupuncture have remarkable clinical effect on cervical spondylosis,and can effectively relieve pain and upper limbs.
