双嘧达莫+泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果及对sPD-1、sPD-L1水平的影响

Effect of dipyridamole+prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children and its influences on sPD-1,sPD-L1 levels

目的探讨双嘧达莫+泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果及对可溶性程序性死亡受体-1(sPD-1)、可溶性程序性死亡配体1(sPD-L1)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年5月我院收治的60例小儿肾病综合征患儿,遵循随机、平均原则将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用泼尼松治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合双嘧达莫治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的sPD-1、sPD-L1水平低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平低于对照组,肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双嘧达莫+泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果显著,能调节肾功能指标,改善免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of dipyridamole+prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children and its influences on soluble programmed death-1(sPD-1),soluble programmed death ligand 1(sPD-L1)levels.Methods Sixty children with nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random and average,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone,and the observation group was treated with dipyridamole on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sPD-1and sPD-L1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of uric acid(UA)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dipyridamole+prednisolone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children has remarkable effect.It can regulate renal function and improve immune function.
