三维一体延续性护理对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者血糖控制情况的影响

Effect of three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing on blood glucose control in diabetic kidney disease patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的探究三维一体延续性护理对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者血糖控制情况的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2021年5月收治的60例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,遵循随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=30,常规护理)和研究组(n=30,三维一体延续性护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的行为依从性各项评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论三维一体延续性护理可有效控制糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者的血糖水平,提高行为依从性,改善炎性因子水平,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing on blood glucose control in diabetic kidney disease patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods From May 2018 to May 2021,60diabetic kidney disease patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into reference group(n=30,routine nursing)and study group(n=30,three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of behavioral compliance in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing can effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic kidney disease patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,improve behavioral compliance,ameliorate the levels of inflammatory factors,and reduce complications.
