基于行为转变理论的健康教育结合病友互助小组对支气管哮喘患者知信行及病情控制的影响

Effects of health education based on behavior change theory combined with patient mutual aid group on knowledge,belief and behavior and disease control of patients with bronchial asthma

目的探究基于行为转变理论的健康教育结合病友互助小组对支气管哮喘患者知信行及病情控制的影响。方法根据护理方案不同将98例支气管哮喘患者分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于行为转变理论的健康教育结合病友互助小组。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病知识、信念、行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流速峰值(PEFR)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的哮喘控制测试(ACT)、哮喘生活质量调查问卷(AQLQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于行为转变理论的健康教育结合病友互助小组用于支气管哮喘临床护理中,可改善患者的疾病知信行水平,增强肺功能,提高病情控制效果及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of health education based on behavior change theory combined with patient mutual aid group on knowledge,belief and behavior and disease control of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-eight patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing plan,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education based on behavior change theory combined with patient mutual aid group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior of disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Asthma Control Test(ACT)and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education based on behavior change theory combined with patient mutual aid group applied in the clinical nursing of bronchial asthma can ameliorate the knowledge,belief and behavior of disease of patients,enhance lung function,and improve disease control effect and quality of life.
