术中预防性护理干预结合舒适护理对全麻下腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者舒适度及应激反应的影响

Effects of intraoperative preventive nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing on comfort and stress response of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia

目的探讨术中预防性护理干预结合舒适护理对全麻下腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者舒适度及应激反应的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月我院收治的116例行全麻下LC患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予术中预防性护理干预结合舒适护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的皮质醇(COR)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后首次排气时间、下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,总输液量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全麻下LC中给予预防性护理干预结合舒适护理可有效提高患者的舒适度,改善机体应激反应,降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative preventive nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing on comfort and stress response of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 116 patients undergoing LC under general anesthesia admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given intraoperative preventive nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of cortisol(COR),noradrenaline(NE)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative first exhaust time,ambulation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total infusion volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative preventive nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing in LC under general anesthesia can effectively improve the comfort of patients,ameliorate the body’s stress response and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion.
