摘要
为研究长距离管道输水工程空气阀的配置设计思路及作用,以龙河口引水工程为例,对输水管道中重力流管段和加压输水管段分别采用理论计算和水力过渡过程计算方法进行全面分析。结果表明,在重力流管段末端设置流量调节阀且确定其启闭程序后,管段中空气阀仅需满足充水过程中排气要求即可;加压输水管段中水体汽化压力随空气阀口径增加而增大,减小空气阀口径有利于水锤防护。研究成果对于长距离输水管道空气阀配置具有一定参考价值。
To study the design idea of air valve configuration in a long-distance pipeline water transmission project,this paper takes the Longhekou water diversion project as an example,comprehensively analyzes the gravity flow pipe section and pressure pipe section of the water transmission pipeline respectively by theoretical calculation and hydraulic transition process calculation method,and determines the configuration scheme of hollow air valve in water transmission pipeline of this project.So that the water pipeline project is in a safe and stable condition for a long time operation.This paper is of guiding significance to the configuration and calculation of air valves in long-distance water pipelines.
