王临段治理对淮干王家坝站行洪能力影响分析

摘要 淮河中游王家坝至临淮岗河段行洪不畅,无法满足设计泄洪能力要求,2020年淮河干流王临段治理工程全面开工建设。为评价现阶段淮河干流王临段治理工程对王家坝站行洪能力的影响,结合治理工程前后洪水实测资料,运用水文学方法,从河道过水断面、水位-流量关系以及洪量和洪峰比值三个方面进行了分析。结果表明:治理后濛河分洪道分洪过水能力增大,在一定程度上消减了淮河干流王家坝断面的洪量和洪峰流量,提高了淮干王家坝断面的行洪能力。 The Wangjiaba to Linhuaigang section of the middle reaches of the Huaihe River has poor flood flow and cannot meet the design flood discharge capacity requirements.In 2020,the treatment project of the Wanglin section of the mainstream of the Huaihe River will be fully constructed.To evaluate the impact of the current Wanglin section control project on the mainstream of Huaihe River on the flood discharge capacity of Wangjiaba station,combined with the flood-measured data before and after the control project,the hydrological method was used to analyze the cross section of the river channel,the relationship between water level and flow,and the ratio of flood volume to flood peak were analyzed.The results showed the flood diversion channel of the Menghe River had increased flood diversion capacity after the treatment,and reduced the flood volume and flood peak flow of the Huaihe main stream Wangjiaba section to a certain extent,and improved the flood discharge capacity of the Wangjiaba section.
