摘要
通过梳理近年来倒装法施工技术的应用实例及研究成果,根据工程应用类型的不同,分类总结了该技术在储罐安装、储罐拆除、工业塔筒类构筑物、高耸针塔塔架、管井立管及钢结构等不同工程类型的应用现状,并分析研究了各工程类型的应用方法、施工工艺、工艺特点、施工效果及重要控制环节等内容。最后,针对倒装法施工技术的自上而下、以小吊大、近地面作业、倒装提升等特点,总结归纳了该技术在质量控制、安全风险、施工场地及环境、操作空间受限施工等方面的优势,分析了目前该技术在提升过程中可能存在的问题,对该技术在安全高效平稳提升方面的发展及研究方向提出了展望。
By combing the application examples and research results of the reversal installation method in recent years,and in accordance with the different types of engineering applications,the application status of this method in different engineering types such as tank installation,tank demolition,industrial tower structures,high-rise needle tower frame,tube well riser and steel structure is summarized.And the application methods,construction technology,process characteristics,construction effect and important control links of each engineering type are analyzed and studied.Finally,the advantages of the reversal installation method in quality control,safety risk,construction site and environment,limited operation space construction and other aspects are summarized based on its characteristics of from top to bottom,lifting the big with the small,near-ground operation and inversion ascension,etc.The possible problems in the lifting process of this method are analyzed,and the prospect of strengthening the development and research direction of this method in safe,efficient and stable lifting is also put forward.
