摘要 武汉某高层建筑基坑开挖深度19.8m,周边环境复杂,设计采用支护桩+桩顶放坡+2道内支撑+止水帷幕的支护形式,施工采用CSM工法、栈桥施工、膨胀加强带、混凝土静力切割等关键技术,并通过支护与主体结构相结合的设计方法对格构柱布置、肥槽回填、换撑施工方案进行优化,克服了场地狭小、基坑深度大、施工组织复杂等困难,基坑顺利实施并取得了良好的综合效益。 The excavation depth of a deep foundation excavation of a high-rise building in Wuhan is 19.8 m,and its surrounding environment is complex.The support form of supporting pile+pile tip slope+2 inner supports+water-stop curtain was adopted in the design.The key technologies such as CSM construction method,trestle construction,expansion strengthening belt and concrete static cutting were adopted in the construction.The design method of combining support and main structure was used to optimize the construction scheme of lattice column layout,fertilizer tank backfilling and support replacement,which overcomes the difficulties of narrow site,deep foundation excavation and complex construction organization.The foundation excavation has been successfully implemented,and good comprehensive benefits have been achieved.
