交通运输是能源消耗及碳排放第二大行业。在碳达峰碳中和的目标要求下,为应对我国交通基础设施网络、运输装备总量、运输服务需求及人均交通用能的快速增长,分析当前交通行业碳排放现状和发展趋势,指出交通领域碳减排面临的主要困境和挑战,从规划、建设、运行、系统层面提出应对策略,加快开展低碳交通相关研究,为实现交通运输行业低碳转型,制定交通运输碳减排政策措施提供强有力的支撑。

Transportation is the second largest industry in energy consumption and carbon emissions.Under the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to cope with the rapid growth of China’s transport infrastructure network,total transport equipment,transport service demand and per capita transport energy consumption,the author analyzes the current status and development trend of carbon emissions in the transport industry,points out the main difficulties and challenges faced by carbon emission reduction in the transportation sector,puts forward countermeasures from the planning,construction,operation and system levels,speeds up the research on low carbon transportation,and provides strong support for the realization of low carbon evolution in the transportation industry and the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies and measures for transportation.
