摘要 为从台区角度解决三相不平衡等问题,将区块链技术与低压台区三相不平衡的管控系统相结合,在信息采集、传输与处理、管理与应用方面充分发挥区块链技术的优点,根据台区实时状态信息、台区负荷历史数据、台区设备台账信息的台区全状态信息数据库,实现了三相不平衡的治理、运行优化等,根据台区的诊断与管理,科学规划低压台区全状态信息采集与管理,可以长期根本性地解决三相不平衡问题。基于区块链的系统,电力部门还可以对用户入网进行规划、对不平衡台区电价进行建议、对不平衡台区结构进行优化等。 In order to solve the three-phase imbalance and other problems from the perspective of the station area,the blockchain technology is combined with the three-phase unbalance control system of the low-voltage station area,and the advantages of blockchain technology are fully utilized in information collection,transmission and processing,management and application,three-phase imbalance control and operation optimization have been realized.According to the diagnosis and management of the substation area,scientific planning of low-voltage substation area full-state information collection and management can fundamentally solve the three-phase imbalance problem for a long time.Based on the blockchain-based system,the power department can also plan the user’s access to the network,make suggestions on the unbalanced substation price,and optimize the unbalanced substation structure.
