摘要
为提高涤纶的阻燃抗熔滴性能,制备了性质稳定的植酸硅溶胶,并通过溶胶-凝胶法整理到涤纶织物上。结果表明:植酸溶胶整理后的涤纶织物800℃时的残炭量由0.95%提高到13.6%,极限氧指数由22.5%提高到30.5%,垂直燃烧测试的损毁长度由12.0 cm降低到2.9 cm;燃烧后形成的残炭更为致密连续,石墨化程度明显增加。
In order to improve the flame retardant and anti-dripping properties of polyester fabric,a stable phyt⁃ic acid sol is prepared and utilized in polyester fabric through sol gel process.The results show that the amount of char residue of the finished PET fabric at 800℃increases from 0.95%to 13.6%,limited oxygen index increas⁃es from 22.5%to 30.5%,the length of damage decreases from 12.0 cm to 2.9 cm.The char residue of the treat⁃ed polyester fabric after vertical flame test is denser and the graphitization level is increased.
