摘要
为解决“双碳”目标下农光互补项目快速增长而存在的“重电轻农”问题,建立了农光互补项目全寿命周期成本/效益模型,建立了自主运营模式、合作运营模式、租赁运营模式三种模式下的经济效益评估模型,并通过敏感性分析确定了农光互补项目的最优运营策略。研究结果表明,技术因素和农业经济因素同时影响着农光互补项目的经济性,考虑碳排放约束下的农光互补项目最优运营模式为自主运营模式,降低农业运营成本,提高农业运营收益,能够显著地提高农光互补项目总体收益。
In order to solve the problem of “heavy electricity and light agriculture” existing in the context of the rapid growth of agricultural light complementary projects under the background of “double carbon”, this paper established the whole life cycle cost/benefit model of agricultural light complementary projects, established the economic benefit evaluation model under three modes of independent operation mode, cooperative operation mode and lease operation mode. It determined the optimal operation strategy of agricultural light complementary projects through sensitivity analysis. The results showed that technical factors and agricultural economic factors affected the economics of agricultural light complementary projects at the same time. Considering that the independent operation mode was the optimal operation mode of agricultural light complementary projects under carbon emission constraints, it could significantly improve the overall income of agricultural light complementary projects by reducing agricultural operating costs and improving agricultural operation income.
